i-Forks: Ravas Weighing Forks
The RAVAS iForks-32 is the wireless weighing solution for forklifts, allowing you to weigh loads directly while moving them. Thanks to its slim design and easy installation, iForks-32 integrates effortlessly into your logistics processes.
Li-ion battery pack
Power for the forks comes from compact rechargeable Li-ion battery packs. Each fork has its own battery pack for 75 hours of operation. iForks-32 comes with charger. Sleep mode with automatic restart optimizes battery life.
Fork adjusters
The changes to the batteries and wireless connection modules, and the fact that front plates on the forks are no longer required, means no more external components are built on the fork. This makes iForks-32 even easier to integrate with fork positioners.
Wireless connectivity
Wireless connectivity is a standard feature and provides connectivity to tablets and smartphones. The RAVAS Indicator App can act as a remote display and remote control for the weighing system, allowing you to easily download weighing data.
Compensating mast tilt
The 3200 Indicator's features include automatic tilt compensation, to correct deviations caused by mast tilt forward or backward. In addition, the 3200 automatically logs tip loads and overloads of the forks.
